Andrea Marr (Dominique Swain, Lolita) is an eighteen-year-old virgin on the verge of womanhood. But when she meets the handsome and seemingly tortured local rock singer, Todd Sparrow (Sean Patrick Flanery, D-Tox), her innocence isn't all that she stands to lose.
